Refund Policy

At AVI Customs Brokers, we start working on your pet’s import right away, this includes our staff creating online profiles for you in the US Customs AMS Portal and our internal systems including secure storage of your personal data.

While we understand that moves do cancel for various reasons, our initial setup fee of $75.00 is non refundable regardless of scenario.

Any fees paid over this for clearances that do not happen will be refunded on the last Friday of each week.
